          We, are migrants pundits currently living in Jammu, Delhi and Mumbai our land  Kh. No. 275/265/178 Situated at Village Sheikpora, Tehsil and District Badgam, Kashmir, Jammu & Kashmir. was illegally mutated vide mutation order No 444 dated 2^nd May 1989 and another  mutation order no. 632 dated 26^thJune 1996. Our Case is pending in the court of Financial Commissioner (Revenue) bearing case no 522 dated 28/9/2006 . Our humble request is to look into the matter as our case is not treated on priority basis as per the policy of Govt. of J&K to give priority to Migrants of the state.
